Miss Gliick's Physical Education Classroom

Spread the Word through Good Sportsmanship

Miss Glick's Physical Education Classroom

God,

Help me to have confidence in myself and put my trust in you.

Help me to play fair, admit mistakes, and go on with the game.

Help me to do my best and not worry about scoring, winning, and making big plays, because just trying my best and playing fair is what makes me a winner - Both in life and on the field.

Amen

HEALTH

The Food Pyramid is now a Food Plate!  Check it out at: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.

Did you know that half of your plate should be fruits and vegetables?  Every student should have 1 1/2 - 3 cups of fruit and 1 1/2 - 3 cups of vegetables a day, depending on age.

Vary Your Veggies and Focus On Fruits!
